Official Giveaway Rules

1. Sponsorship

Sponsorship and responsibility. The Storefront Live giveaway program — the giveaway functionality, the random selection of winners, and the Official Giveaway Rules — is provided and sponsored by Storefront Live, Inc. Each individual giveaway is offered and sponsored by the Seller who conducts it; that Seller provides, awards, and ships the prize, is responsible for the legality of the prize under Section 6.3 of the Terms of Service, and is responsible for compliance with all applicable sweepstakes and promotions laws for that giveaway.

Apple is not a sponsor and is not involved in any manner.

2. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Entry is free. Giveaways may not require a purchase, payment, paid membership, or other consideration as a condition of entry. A payment method and a shipping address must be on file, but you are never charged for a prize or its shipping.

3. Eligibility

Entrants must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States with a valid U.S. shipping address. Entries by the host, store staff and moderators are void. Giveaways are void where prohibited.

4. Entry, Draw and Odds

Enter using the Platform giveaway functionality during the Show. Winners are selected at random from eligible entrants using Platform functionality. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

5. Prize and Delivery

The prize is the item presented for the giveaway during the Show. The participating seller provides and ships the prize. Shipping is available only within the United States. You are never charged for a prize or its shipping.

6. Seller Obligations

Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions and images, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and follow the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. The Seller sponsoring a giveaway must satisfy any official-rules, disclosure, and state registration or bonding requirements that apply.

7. Taxes

The Terms of Service address payments and taxes in Section 8.

8. Release and Liability

The Terms of Service address disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification in Sections 16–18.

9. Voiding and Enforcement

Entries by the host, store staff and moderators are void. Storefront Live may suspend or remove any giveaway that does not comply with the Terms of Service or applicable law.

10. Privacy

When you enter a giveaway or promotion, we collect your entry and eligibility information and, if you win, the details needed to award and deliver the prize. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle that information.
